After 6 years of medical practice in the traditional model, Dr. Crow was ready to make a change. After several years of research and contemplation, she knew Direct Primary Care was the best path forward for her new practice. By removing the barriers to care, Direct Primary Care offers a direct relationship between the doctor and the patient. The concept is simple. For an affordable monthly fee, Dr. Crow takes care of your primary care needs. No copays, no denials, no long waits for appointments. We use office visits, texts, email, and video chat in order to use our time wisely and efficiently. If you have insurance, we can use it for all other aspects of your care when it makes financial sense for you. If you do not have insurance, that is not a problem. The DPC model can get you the access you need for an affordable price. Direct Primary care brings back the direct relationship from the older days of practicing medicine, while utilizing technology to make things streamlined and efficient.
The list of conditions Dr. Crow treats is too long to list here, but a few examples are: diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, infections, anxiety, depression, weight loss, COPD, reflux, upper respiratory infections, insomnia, rashes, vitamin deficiencies, anemia, and many more. She also performs pap smears, injections, breathing treatments, laceration repair, skin biopsies, joint injections, ear cleaning, and many more.
Dr. Crow has lived in Louisiana her whole life. While she loves to travel and visit new places, she is always ready to come back home to Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Crow loves Louisiana culture and heritage, but most of all she cherishes the people and relationships. She is excited about this next chapter and hopes you will entrust her to take care of your health care needs.

After a fifteen-year career in law enforcement, Craig decided it was time to fulfill his dreams of becoming a business owner. Relying on his history of construction work prior to law enforcement, he was drawn to the irrigation field. Why irrigation? Well after having a sprinkler system installed at his home and experiencing difficulties in the process, he knew there had to be a better way. So, the academics began. After attending numerous schools, classes, and programs, he obtained his irrigation contractor’s license. The next step was starting the business, and Conserva Irrigation of NWLA was born. Conserva Irrigation was founded on the principles of water conservation. Working hard to make water conservation economically feasible, our affordable solutions employ a profound blend of technology and design developed after considerable study of available technologies, water dynamics, environmental concerns, and best horticultural practices. Typical systems installed by Conserva use 30% – 60% less water than a traditional system! That water savings (achieved with minimal material or energy impact) can make a huge difference to a planet facing serious environmental concerns. Since irrigation accounts for up to 67% of our fresh water use and run off from over watering carries large amounts of fertilizer into our fresh water system it is vital to use water responsibly. Conserva Irrigation systems greatly reduce or eliminate the run off that contributes to municipal overflows, thus protecting your drinking water sources while conserving your community’s water supply.
With Conserva Irrigation on your side, you can rest easy knowing your irrigation system is:

May Marketing Group is the leader in national quality, affordable marketing. Business owners are offered affordable options for website design, social media management, graphic design, video production, digital advertising, promotional items, printing, and much more. May Marketing Group takes pride in helping locals achieve their goals and grow their brands.
Formed by Logan May in 2010, the business started small. Gaining popularity through his fathers printing company Graphic Industries, He offered an alternative to the traditional advertising agency. In fact, Logan refers to May Marketing Group as a NON TRADITIONAL advertising agency. No retainers, no outrageous margins, no hidden fees, (all things a traditional agency is, for better or worse, known for) May Marketing provides honest and transparent solutions to your business.
Logan grew up in a creative environment and saw first hand the pros and cons to advertising. With an artist father, Byron May, and vocalist mother, Seva May, encouraging his creativity, Logan excels at out of the box thinking. He has seen the financial damage caused by local agencies and how it affects the growth of many great brands. Logan was determined to maintain a higher standard in the advertising business. May Marketing Group’s goal has remained the same. Help companies grow their brand without breaking their bank. Being honest with business owners, especially those hard to hear truths that have prevented success, is a big part of May Marketing Groups mission.
“When we are hired we become the brand and find the weak spots. Most of the time, the business branding is just outdated. Other times we find there to be internal issues that need to be addressed before a re-brand or campaign should be initiated. That’s difficult for some owners to hear. When we are hired, we become apart of that business’ team, without the owner needing to pay the overhead of a full marketing department. We take it serious as if it’s our business.” Logan May
May Marketing is the design force behind the top rated publication in the SBC, SB Magazine. As an example of what May Marketing can bring to any business through this relationship, he and his team have reduced SB Magazine’s overhead substantially. What once was an additional payroll of three full time employees for SB Magazine has been cut more than half by utilizing the May Marketing team for print design, social media management and website management and design.

RJ is from Nashville, TN and graduated college at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Throughout college he worked as a server and bartender for Carrabba’s Italian Grill and ran a small landscaping company. In 2010 he married the love of his life, Lauren, who is now the mother of his three children Baylee, Brooklyn, and Brody. In 2012 he moved to NWLA where he started planting his roots here in Shreveport/Bossier.
In his time here he has come to know and understand our area pretty well as it relates to business. He specializes in commercial loans on the side of spec houses, remodels and rehabs, start-up funding, rental properties (both commercial/residential), industrial, agricultural, and business lines of credit. He is a real estate investor himself with properties in both Caddo and Bossier parishes. Because of his background in the investor side of commercial lending, he is able to think outside of the box to make deals work for his customers. He prides himself on taking a consultative approach to his customers’ businesses. Not only can he fund you, but he is also able to help you, as a business owner, be more profitable. One of the many ways he tailors his services is by meeting the customers where they are. While they are busy being business owners, he offers coming to them to make it more convenient.
The main thing that RJ vows to do is treat people the right way and work hard to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. He lives by two mottos in life: “Treat others as you would have them treat your children,” and “To achieve your goals, you must first help others achieve theirs.”
In 2010, he made a career change and has spent the last 10 years running his Shelter Insurance agency in Bossier City, LA. He tries his best to educate his clients on exactly what kind of insurance & coverages they are buying. Gregg holds licenses for P&C insurance as well as Life & Health. It is his goal to tailor fit each individual with the exact coverages they need. His agency sells a variety of policies for personal autos, motorcycles, commercial autos, boats, homes, rental properties, renter’s, office buildings, general liability, farms, inland marine and life insurance just to name a few.
Gregg has a beautiful wife of 18 years and 3 wide-open little boys ages 13, 11 & 9. They spend most of their time travelling around to baseball parks, football fields, soccer fields, gymnastics meets, cross country meets, basketball games and in the deer stand. Needless to say, there is never a dull moment around the Austin household.
Gregg is one of the founding members of RMG. He says this group has been a blessing to him and his business. He has really enjoyed helping this group grow and seeing the success of all the members.
