After a fifteen-year career in law enforcement, Craig decided it was time to fulfill his dreams of becoming a business owner. RJ is from Nashville, TN and graduated college at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Throughout college he worked as a server and bartender for Carrabba’s Italian Grill and ran a small landscaping company. In 2010 he married the love of his life, Lauren, who is now the mother of his three children Baylee, Brooklyn, and Brody. In 2012 he moved to NWLA where he started planting his roots here in Shreveport/Bossier.
In his time here he has come to know and understand our area pretty well as it relates to business. He specializes in commercial loans on the side of spec houses, remodels and rehabs, start-up funding, rental properties (both commercial/residential), industrial, agricultural, and business lines of credit. He is a real estate investor himself with properties in both Caddo and Bossier parishes. Because of his background in the investor side of commercial lending, he is able to think outside of the box to make deals work for his customers. In 2010, he made a career change and has spent the last 10 years running his Shelter Insurance agency in Bossier City, LA. It is his goal to tailor fit each individual with the exact coverages they need. Gregg has a beautiful wife of 18 years and 3 wide-open little boys ages 13, 11 & 9. They spend most of their time travelling around to baseball parks, football fields, soccer fields, gymnastics meets, cross country meets, basketball games and in the deer stand. Needless to say, there is never a dull moment around the Austin household.

Robin is a hometown girl having grown up in Bossier City in a large real estate family. After graduation from Airline High School, Robin earned her B.S. in Business Management and Administration from LSU in Shreveport and her J.D., magna cum laude and as the top graduate, from the Southern University Law Center in May, 1990.
Robin’s grandmother, Claudia Harvill Browning, was the first female Realtor® in Bossier Parish in the mid 1950’s and along with Robin’s father, Kennon Harvill, owned and operated Harvill Real Estate for many years. Since 1982, Robin has worked in the real estate industry in many diverse facets – from providing appraisal and market valuation services to the FDIC, real estate sales and rental management services, and to now providing title, escrow and closing services with her company, Magnolia Title Services, LLC. Magnolia Title operates offices in both Bossier City and Shreveport and she is proud of her professional and friendly team.

Years later, they were introduced by a mutual friend and have been together ever since. They are both super thankful for the process of adoption and their son, Brenden. He keeps them running and laughing all at the same time.
Brian is one of the founding members of RMG and leads the group on a weekly basis. He says it has been an absolute joy to see this group grow and be successful for its members.
In 2016, she joined Shred-it having come from a background in financial sales and headhunting. She quickly discovered she had a passion for helping the people in her community protect their customers, their employees and their businesses. As a sales rep for Shred-it, she does work with business (large and small) to implement secure shredding programs for a variety of reasons to include federal privacy legislation compliance, increases security of confidential information, efficiency and sustainability. In addition, she also acts as a consultant to business to assist them in identifying gaps and also helping them understand what the requirements are for them in order to be compliant.

Melanie has two kids. Her daughter Briana is 18 and is attending college in Florida to become a registered nurse. Her son is 20 and just married his high school sweetheart and they live in Ft. Rucker, Alabama. Her daughter in law currently services in the U.S. Army. However, she doesn’t come home to an empty house, her fur-children, Tucker her pit pull and Magnolia her 14 year old boston terrier, are always there to greet her at the end of the day. When she’s not working, she’s either singing or playing piano.

Ron is a long time resident of Bossier City. He went to Bossier High School and LSU Baton Rouge where he studied entomology. He started working for his father, owner of Killer For Hire Pest Control at the age of 14. At 19 he was the youngest person to hold a state pest control license. His mother was the first woman to have a pest control license in the state.
To date he has had several business ventures but has always returned to the industry he knows best. In 1999 he and his mother started Glenna’s Pest Control.
He has been an ace in the pest control business for over 30 years and enjoys training, teaching, and mentoring. Several of his employees have gone on to start their own succesful pest control businesses. He also believes in hiring people that are in need of a second chance in life.
